The Secrets of the Empty Quarter

About this book

After Queen Joanna is poisoned, King Yamen leaves his throne and his daughter Matilda behind to seek revenge in disguise. His desert journey intersects with the story of Muheira, a horsewoman, and the world of King Ghassan’s palace. This fantasy combines vengeance with the possibility of new affection, testing loyalty to the memory of someone lost. Manuscripts and an ancient curse add to the mystery surrounding the struggle for power and justice.
