The Cosmic Rescue Squad

About this book

Wael is a quiet engineer at Cairo's space research authority, so absorbed in his work that colleagues call him the monk of space science. One unexpected moment carries him from routine calculations onto a lost spacecraft, where he meets Jalan of the distant planet Shaga. The universe becomes a field of occupation, epidemic, disaster, and resistance rather than a set of equations. Recruited into a secret rescue alliance drawn from several worlds, Wael travels from occupied Linor toward the mysteries of Jasbo. Sherine Kamal's space adventure pairs cosmic danger with a young man's discovery of courage, solidarity, and love beyond Earth's boundaries.
